SHOPPING
The historical centre of Verona is rich with every type of store. Piazza delle Erbe is famous for its daily market which has become one of the city's landmarks. The largest market, however, is found on Saturdays mornings at the Stadium Shopping hours are 9.00-12.30 am and 15.30-19.30 pm. Most shops are closed on Monday mornings, except food shops which close on Wednesday afternoons. Chemists, stationery and hardware shops are closed on Saturday afternoons.
